It’s a dark, stormy night and you’ve been summoned to the ominous mansion where the deadly attack took place. Everyone claims to be innocent, but someone is definitely NOT what they seem! Before you start searching for clues, you’ll need to set your total bet. This is your bet per line, multiplied by how many win lines you decide to play on, and you’ll see it displayed in the ‘total bet’ box.
To change it, use the ‘+’ and ‘-’ buttons to set your number of win lines and bet per line, which can be anything from 2p up to £20. For example, bet 10p a line on all 15 win lines and each spin will cost £1.50. When you’re happy with your total bet and ready to start the interrogations, hit ‘Spin’ to begin.
You’ll also need to decide if you want to brave the ‘Gamble’ feature and risk your wins for even bigger rewards. Just hit the blue ‘Gamble’ button to turn it on. You’ll find more information on how the ‘Gamble’ feature works below.
If you’re going to catch the criminal in a lie, you’ll have to keep an eagle eye on their every move! Luckily, there’s no need to leave them unattended to keep pressing ‘Spin’, because the Murderous Money mansion has an ‘Auto Spin’ feature. Just set your number of spins, maximum win amount and minimum credit level and let the reels do their thing. If you want to return to manual play, you can hit ‘Stop’ at any time.
How to Play Murderous Money
Ready to start dusting for fingerprints? If you’re happy with your total bet, press ‘Spin’ to get this murder mystery underway.
We don’t have many leads so far, but one thing we do know is that win lines will always pay from left to right. Depending on which symbols you’ve lined up, you’ll need either 2+ or 3+ to bodybag yourself a win.
When you do, your winning lines will be highlighted and the amount you’ve won will appear on screen, before being added to your credit automatically. If you’ve chosen to gamble your wins, you’ll be taken to the ‘Gamble’ feature to try your luck!
Whenever you have a break in the case and score yourself a win, you’ll receive a multiplier of the bet you made per line. How big that multiplier is will depend on which symbols you matched up, so check out the in-game paytable for some vital clues about what each symbol is worth.
Just to give you a chalk outline… you can only win once on a single win line, so only the highest win you have will be counted. If you piece lots of clues together and win on more than one line in a single spin, we’ll add up all of your prizes to give you a killer total win.
Most people probably wouldn’t be thrilled to see a bloody knife lying around, but if you spot one, it could mean a win for you! It’s our Wild symbol, and it can take the place of any symbol except for Free Spins and mini-game symbols, to score you a win!
Let’s say you’ve got two of our amazingly-mutton-chopped K symbols in your line up, with a Wild in the middle. Well, that Wild acts as a third K, giving you a win worth three K symbols in a row! It might be an important piece of evidence, but it’s not the key to cracking this case – so you can’t win the progressive Jackpot with a Wild in place of a Jackpot symbol.
If you line up two or more chalk outline symbols, you’re off to investigate the crime scene in ‘Clue Killer’! Do you dare to examine the clues? Or would you rather collect your winnings and scarper? The choice is yours. Hit ‘Collect’ at any point to take your money and run!
If you’ve got the guts to go on, you’ll need to pick up an evidence card and see what’s underneath. If it’s a multiplier, your win goes sky-high! But if you find a coin, you’ll have to flip it to decide your fate. If you see ‘win’, you’ll be quids-in. See a skull and it’s bad news – the murderer is coming, so you’ll have to run back to the reels empty-handed.
To access the second mini-game, ‘Who Won It?’ you’ll need to line up two or more magnifying glasses. Now’s your chance to put all of the clues together. You’ll get a multiplier for any suspect that comes up, but can you match the murder weapon and location too? Match two or three of the same colour and your win will shoot up!
The gore-ious ‘Gamble’ feature gives you the option to make each win even more thrilling! Click the blue ‘Gamble’ button and decide if you want to gamble all wins, no wins or wins above a certain amount. Wins above £1,000 cannot be gambled.
When you have a win that matches those settings, you’ll be taken to the ‘Gamble’ feature! If you’ve changed your mind and you want to take the money and run, hit ‘Collect’. Or, choose the multiplier you want to play for and press ‘Spin’! If the wheel lands on a green section, you win that multiplier! Land on red and you’ll lose your winnings and return to the reels with nothing.
Bonus Free Spins
You’ll want to get a few steps ahead of these sneaky suspects, so a few free spins really would come in handy! Match up 3, 4, or 5 Free Spins symbols and you’ll have 5, 7, or 9 free spins respectively.
Those spins won’t cost you a penny, but you won’t be able to change your bet per line or number of win lines until you’ve used them all up. They’ll be fixed to the same amounts as the spin you won them with.

The occurrence of 5 (five) “JACKPOT” Jackpot symbols on an active win line awards a progressive Jackpot. The progressive Jackpot is available on any bet, with 0.005% of the bet being added to the progressive pot. There is no hidden reserve pot.
When the Jackpot is won, it is reset and begins to rise again. Simultaneous wins can occur, if another player wins the progressive Jackpot then a notification to this effect would occur BEFORE the current player was awarded the Jackpot.
In the event of a communication error after a progressive win result has been determined and before it has been displayed on screen, the win amount will automatically be transferred to the player’s account. While the game is live, the Jackpots cannot be terminated.
Murderous Money has a theoretical return to player of 95.92%. This is based on long term playback. System malfunctions void all payments. Monies are staked in the following order: winnings, player deposits, bonus credit.
